why is it illegal to defecate on public property?
I believe that all living beings have the god given right to defecate where ever they may choose. So then why is there a law against that, because in germany, if they see dog feces they will compare its DNA to a database of the DNA of all the registered dogs in the country, and then they will fine the dog owner.

well, guess what, in germany when you register your dog, they will take a DNA sample OK, and it was news that was so significant that they put it in popular science magazine

I think the DNA database is ridiculous, but the PUBLIC has the right to expect you to clean up after your dog on PUBLIC property.
